Foundations of Buddhist Practices - This is a 6 to 8 week class that presents participants with the concepts behind the Refuge Vow, the Bodhisattva Vow and the Giving Away of Spiritual Merit. In addition, the mantra and visualization of Padmasambhava is introduced as is the Tibetan practice of Shi-Ne or sitting meditation.

Bridge to Maitreya - This can be studied as a class, workshop and as a retreat, depending on the depth of study required. The purpose is to introduce participants to the visualization and mantra of Maitreya as well as learning to apply Maitreya the energies of Loving Kindness in one's own daily life. Teachings on the Psychology of Awareness are also included as are advanced meditation techniques.

Cultivating the Heart-Mind of Maitreya - This class prepares one for practical application of teachings leading one to be able to stand as a catalyst for Loving Kindness of Maitreya. The material covered focuses on deepening one's understanding of the ego leading to increased compassion for one's self and others. It includes work on ego and self-image as well as advanced techniques of mantra and meditation.

Nature of the Soul - The Nature of the Soul is the foundational work of Lucille Cedercrans Schaible, and is a manifestation of the New Thought Form Presentation of the Wisdom (NTFPW) which was given out to Humanity in the middle of the twentieth century. The NTFPW is a synthesis of the great Eastern and Western spiritual approaches. Developmental goals of this work include:

  • Establishing harmlessness in thought, word and action
  • Establishing a mental versus an emotional orientation to life
  • Developing a stable alignment between the soul, mind and brain
